Winemaker Brunch
We usually do a Winemaker Dinner, but this year Jimmy and I wanted to do something a little different.
And, well… why not make it a little bougie?
On Sunday, October 25, we’re getting together for a very special Winemaker’s Brunch at the long-awaited Staviary in Paso Robles with Chef Rachel Ponce.
What makes this one even more special is that we’ll be the very first event in the new space, before Staviary officially opens its doors at the end of October.
We feel pretty lucky to get to share that first with you.
Chef Rachel is creating a beautiful multi-course brunch menu just for us, and Jimmy has chosen the ZANOLI wines to pair alongside each course.
And when we say brunch, we’re not exactly talking eggs and toast.
Think Chawanmushi with escargot and brown butter paired with Shell Creek Chenin Blanc, Kimchi Benedict with our GSM, Duck Confit Mille-Feuille with Glenrose Mourvèdre, and yes…there will be biscuits & gravy.
We’ll finish with Smoke & Salt—brown butter brioche bread pudding, bacon praline, smoked maple anglaise, miso caramel and more—paired with our Gimelli Vineyard Chenin Blanc.
Okay…maybe “a little bougie” was an understatement. 😉
